For membrane manufacturing, we utilize high-frequency, heat welding, and sonic welding machines to fabricate PVC, PTFE, and ETFE membranes to the highest industry standards. In addition, our steel division is equipped with modern fabrication machinery, including Laser CNC, profile bing (for pipes and bims) cutting, drilling, welding, and assembly equipment, enabling the production of complex structural steel components with exceptional precision, quality, and efficiency.

Steel and membrane structure installation requires specialized engineering expertise, precise execution, and extensive field experience, particularly for large and complex projects. Our installation team includes specialists with over 25 years of experience in delivering challenging structures, including high-altitude installations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Steel and tensile membrane structures are engineered for durability and require minimal maintenance under normal operating conditions. However, environmental exposure, local climatic conditions, and the nature of the application may necessitate periodic inspections and routine maintenance of both the steel framework and membrane components to ensure optimal performance, structural integrity, and long-term service life.
