Design
Design/review engineering design, 3D Modeling including form finding, load calculations & stress analysis (FEM), linear and nonlinear analysis, CFD analysis (computational fluid dynamics) including all related shop drawings with full responsibility and submit recommendations if any for value engineering to cover the main contractor.
Fabrication
We use CNC cutting machine to but the membrane patterns, this process insure quality of the cut on the fabric and provide time efficiency to our work. High frequency machines, heat and Sonic welding machines are part of the tools used in our fabrication facilities for our Membrane division. These specialized machines are used to fabricate PVC, ETFE and PTFE membranes.
Installation
Installing Membrane structure can be a complex task, and technical knowledge and experience is mandatory especially for large structures. We are proud to say that, some of our, installation team members have more than 18 years of experience in installing difficult structures at high altitude sites.
Maintenance
Tensile Membrane Structures are generally designed and constructed so that little maintenance is required. However, local climate conditions and nature of the structure may introduce maintenance requirements to be conducted on regular bases.
