Ali Abdul Mohsen Tamimi & Sons Company and its tent and steel membrane factory is one of the oldest factories in the Middle East. The company was established over 60 years ago (1370 in the Arabic calendar - 1950 in the Gregorian calendar) by Sheikh Ali Abdul Mohsen Tamimi. During this time, the company has maintained its leadership in this field, specializing in the manufacturing and supply of all types of tents, steel, and structural fabrics for both the private and public sectors. In the 1990s, the company expanded its operations to include the manufacturing of specialized steel structures required to support large projects of membrane structures and other types of architectural structures.
